These Terms of Service constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Cintel Solutions AB (Swedish organisation number 559532-7023), conducting business primarily under the brand name IntelFetch. By accessing or using IntelFetch, an open-source intelligence aggregation and cybersecurity threat intelligence platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement," or "ToS"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Service and not create or maintain an account.
These Terms govern your use of the Service and establish the rights and obligations between you (the "User," "you," or "your") and Cintel Solutions AB. Please read these Terms carefully and ensure you understand them fully before proceeding. Your continued access to or use of the Service following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.
IntelFetch is a professional tool intended for cybersecurity professionals, researchers, journalists, compliance officers, law enforcement personnel, and other authorized users conducting legitimate open-source intelligence research. The Service processes publicly available information for threat intelligence and security research purposes under lawful bases including GDPR Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interest.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply: "Service" refers to the IntelFetch platform, including all features, tools, APIs, interfaces, and related services provided by Cintel Solutions AB. "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service. "Content" refers to all data, information, text, graphics, or other materials available through or generated by the Service. "Account" refers to your registered user account on the Service. "Subscription" refers to any paid access plan you have purchased. "Credits" refers to the internal currency system used for certain premium features. "Third-Party Services" refers to external data sources, APIs, and service providers integrated with the Service.
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using any features provided by IntelFetch, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law, are not prohibited from using the Service under Swedish or EU law, will comply with these Terms and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, and are using the Service for lawful purposes only. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and references to "you" in these Terms shall refer to both you as an individual and the organization you represent.
IntelFetch operates as an aggregation platform that provides access to publicly available information sources for legitimate cybersecurity threat intelligence, security research, and open-source intelligence purposes serving both commercial interests and important public interests. The Service provides two main categories of functionality: (1) Breach Intelligence Services that access publicly disclosed data breach information to enable security professionals, law enforcement, and organizations to identify compromised credentials and security vulnerabilities, and (2) General OSINT Services including IP address intelligence, domain analysis, public court records, cryptocurrency transaction lookups, server information, and other investigative tools that process publicly accessible information not derived from data breaches. For breach intelligence, we primarily rely on third-party API providers for real-time access, but also maintain limited local storage of select breach datasets representing a small portion of total accessible intelligence. The Service does not perform, commission, facilitate, or conduct data breaches, hacking, unauthorized system access, or any unlawful activities. We do not create or solicit breach data. All breach information has already been publicly disclosed and is obtained from legitimate sources. Other information originates from publicly accessible official registries, court systems, blockchain ledgers, DNS records, and similar public sources. The Service serves critical public interest purposes including assisting law enforcement and government agencies in criminal investigations, supporting national security and cybersecurity defense, enabling GDPR and NIS2 compliance, preventing fraud and identity theft, and advancing threat intelligence capabilities. The Service is intended exclusively for ethical and legal use by cybersecurity professionals, law enforcement personnel, compliance officers, researchers, journalists, and other authorized users with legitimate security or investigative purposes. You acknowledge and agree that the Service is a research and intelligence tool, and you are solely responsible for how you use the information obtained through it.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You are expressly prohibited from engaging in any unlawful, unethical, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities through or in connection with the Service. Specifically, you shall not engage in activities including but not limited to using the Service to commit, facilitate, or encourage any illegal activities or violations of applicable laws, conducting or facilitating unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data (including hacking, cracking, or penetration testing without authorization), harassing, threatening, stalking, defaming, or otherwise harming any individual or entity, violating intellectual property rights of Cintel Solutions AB or any third party, submitting false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information during registration or use of the Service, attempting to circumvent security measures, access controls, rate limiting, or authentication systems, using automated systems, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access the Service without prior written authorization, reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting the Service or any Content without authorization, interfering with or disrupting the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service, attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or administrative systems, using the Service to distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code, or using the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with other users' access. Any violation of these prohibited activities may result in immediate termination of your account and access to the Service, without refund, and may subject you to civil and criminal liability under applicable laws.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account or any other breach of security. Cintel Solutions AB shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized access to your account. You may not share your account credentials with any third party, transfer your account to another person without our prior written consent, or use another person's account without authorization. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe have been compromised, are being used fraudulently, or are in violation of these Terms.
Account and onboarding communications: By creating an account, you agree that we may send you service-related emails (including security notices, billing and receipts where applicable, and essential account messages). We may also send at most one optional activation reminder if you register but do not return to the Service within a short period, as further described in our Privacy Policy. Separate marketing communications, where we send them, will be handled in line with that policy and applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Cintel Solutions AB expressly disclaims all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and those arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. Cintel Solutions AB does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, that the Service or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information obtained through the Service will be accurate, complete, reliable, or current. You acknowledge that third-party data sources may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors, and Cintel Solutions AB makes no representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of such third-party content. No oral or written information or advice given by Cintel Solutions AB, its employees, or representatives shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms. Your use of the Service and reliance on any information obtained through it is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by Swedish law and applicable EU regulations, Cintel Solutions AB's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Cintel Solutions AB in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred euros (€100), whichever is greater. In no event shall Cintel Solutions AB, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Service, any content obtained from the Service, unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, statements or conduct of any third party on the Service, or any other matter relating to the Service, regardless of the legal theory upon which such claim is based (whether contract, tort including negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if Cintel Solutions AB has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Cintel Solutions AB shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from third-party services, data sources, or APIs integrated with the Service, force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, internet disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control, decisions you make based on information obtained through the Service, or any actions taken by you in reliance on content accessed through the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cintel Solutions AB, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and partners from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations, your violation of any rights of any third party including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual rights, any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service, your negligent or willful misconduct in connection with the Service, or any misuse of information obtained through the Service. This indemnification obligation shall survive termination of these Terms and your use of the Service. Cintel Solutions AB reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with Cintel Solutions AB's defense of such claim at your own expense.
Cintel Solutions AB reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the Service or any features, functionality, or content thereof at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice to users, and without liability or obligation to you or any third party. The Service may experience periods of limited availability, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical difficulties, or disruptions. Features may have usage limitations, require specific subscription tiers, depend on credit availability, or be subject to rate limiting or access controls. The availability and scope of credit-based features are directly dependent on your credit balance, and access to such features may be restricted or unavailable if you have insufficient credits. Cintel Solutions AB reserves the right to adjust pricing, credit costs, feature availability, subscription terms, or access requirements at any time without prior notice, though such changes will apply to future transactions and not retroactively to existing subscriptions or purchased credits. You acknowledge and agree that Cintel Solutions AB has no obligation to maintain, support, update, or continue offering any particular feature or functionality, and you bear all risks associated with reliance on the continued availability of the Service or any specific feature.
The Service relies on and integrates with various third-party services, APIs, data sources, and service providers to deliver functionality to users. These third-party services are not owned, controlled, or operated by Cintel Solutions AB and are subject to their own terms of service, privacy policies, and operational limitations. Cintel Solutions AB makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the performance, accuracy, reliability, availability, security, or legality of any third-party services or the information obtained therefrom. Third-party data sources may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or may become unavailable without notice. Your use of third-party services accessed through IntelFetch is entirely at your own risk and may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by those third-party providers, which you are responsible for reviewing and complying with. Cintel Solutions AB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of third-party services, failures or outages of third-party services, inaccuracies in third-party data, or any actions taken by third-party service providers. You acknowledge that Cintel Solutions AB has no control over third-party services and cannot guarantee their continued availability or integration with the Service.
Payments for subscriptions, credits, or other services are processed via trusted processors (e.g., Stripe and approved cryptocurrency gateways). You agree to provide accurate and complete payment details and authorize charges to your selected method. Prices may change prospectively; taxes and regulatory fees (where applicable) are your responsibility. Access is provided instantly after purchase.
EU/EEA Consumers – 14‑day withdrawal (ångerrätt): If you contract as a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you generally have a 14‑day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under the Distansavtalslagen (2005:59), implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
For a plain‑language explanation in Swedish, see Lawline’s overview: ångerrätt – digitalt innehåll eller digital tjänst. For product conformity rules, see Sweden’s implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/770.
Consent and acknowledgment by purchase action: By clicking “Purchase”, “Subscribe”, “Add Credits”, or a similar action button, you expressly request immediate provision of the membership and/or digital content and acknowledge that you lose the 14‑day withdrawal right once provision begins, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU (Art. 16(a), 16(m)) and Distansavtalslagen (2 kap. 11 § p. 11). We confirm this on a durable medium in your order confirmation and retain an account log of your consent and acknowledgment.
For credit‑based downloads, each initiated download constitutes a separate item of digital content. By starting a download, you instruct immediate provision for that item and acknowledge that the withdrawal right does not apply once provision has begun. Consumed credits are therefore not refundable.
Refunds outside statutory rights: Beyond the mandatory consumer withdrawal rules above, we generally do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction, unused credits, or partial periods, including after renewal. This does not affect your non‑waivable statutory rights under EU/Swedish law.
This section applies to customers who access the Service on behalf of a business, organization, or other legal entity ("Business Customers" or "B2B"). If you register with a business email domain, provide a VAT identification number, purchase enterprise plans, or otherwise indicate that you are acting in a professional or commercial capacity rather than as an individual consumer, you are deemed a Business Customer.
Consumer Protection Exclusions: In accordance with Distansavtalslagen (2005:59) § 1 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Article 3(1), the following do not apply to Business Customers:
B2B Contract Terms: Business Customers agree to the following additional terms:
Enterprise and API Customers: Customers purchasing Enterprise plans, API access, or entering into separate commercial agreements are subject to additional terms as specified in their respective agreements. Enterprise agreements may include custom SLAs, dedicated support, volume pricing, and tailored contractual provisions. Contact [email protected] for B2B inquiries.

Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, or annual depending on your selected plan) unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You authorize Cintel Solutions AB and its payment processors to automatically charge your designated payment method for the renewal amount. Renewal charges will be at the then-current subscription rate, which may differ from your original subscription price if pricing has changed. It is your sole responsibility to cancel your subscription through your account settings if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing cycle. Cancellation must be completed before the renewal date to avoid charges. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods or for subscriptions cancelled after renewal charges have been processed. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to subscription features until the end of your current paid period, after which your account will revert to free tier limitations. Failure to cancel before renewal constitutes your agreement to pay the renewal charges.
You are solely and exclusively responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal requirements in your jurisdiction and any jurisdiction where you use the Service. This includes but is not limited to data protection laws, privacy laws, cybersecurity regulations, export control laws, and laws governing the use of intelligence or investigative tools. Cintel Solutions AB does not provide legal advice and does not endorse, encourage, or condone any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized activities. You acknowledge that the Service provides access to sensitive information that may include personal data, and you agree to handle such information in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws including GDPR where applicable. You are solely responsible for independently verifying the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of any information obtained through the Service before relying on it for any purpose. Cintel Solutions AB shall not be liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from your use of or reliance on information obtained through the Service. You agree to use the information obtained through the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with professional and ethical standards applicable to your profession or industry.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR, Swedish data protection laws, and applicable international privacy frameworks. The details about what we collect, why, lawful bases, retention, international transfers, your rights, and contact details for our DPO are set out in our Privacy Policy. That policy governs data processing and forms an integral part of this Agreement.

By creating an account or providing your email address, you authorize Cintel Solutions AB to send service-related communications necessary to provide the Service (e.g., account notifications, security alerts, system updates, receipts/billing). These essential communications are required for contract performance and cannot be opted out of.
We generally do not send marketing emails. If we ever send non-essential communications (e.g., product updates, feature announcements, surveys, or promotional information), we will do so only where you have expressly opted in. You may withdraw consent at any time via an unsubscribe link (where applicable), your account settings, or by emailing [email protected]. Opting out of marketing does not affect essential service messages. We do not sell, rent, or share your email or personal data with third parties for their independent marketing without your explicit consent. Communications and any related processing are conducted in accordance with GDPR, the ePrivacy rules, and applicable Swedish marketing laws, as further detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Cintel Solutions AB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service or your account at any time, with or without prior notice, and with or without cause. Grounds for suspension or termination may include but are not limited to violation of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations, fraudulent activity or suspected fraud, abuse of the Service or attempts to circumvent security measures or access controls, conduct that harms or may harm other users, Cintel Solutions AB, or third parties, failure to pay amounts owed, suspected unauthorized access or use of your account, extended periods of account inactivity, or any conduct that Cintel Solutions AB determines, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate or harmful to the Service or its users. Upon suspension or termination, your right to access and use the Service immediately ceases, and you must discontinue all use of the Service. Cintel Solutions AB may, but is not obligated to, provide notice of suspension or termination and reasons therefor. No refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided for any remaining subscription time, unused credits, or account balance in the event of suspension or termination for cause. Suspension or termination does not relieve you of any obligations you have incurred prior to such action, and you remain liable for all amounts owed. You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in your settings, subject to the data deletion terms below.
You may request deletion of your account at any time through the account settings interface. Upon account deletion, all personal data associated with your account including profile information, account credentials, billing information, usage history, search queries, and stored results will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems in accordance with our data retention policy and GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure). This deletion process is immediate and cannot be reversed, undone, or cancelled once initiated. Cintel Solutions AB cannot recover your account, restore your data, or provide access to deleted information after the deletion process is complete. You will lose access to all paid subscriptions, purchased credits, account balance, saved data, and service features immediately upon deletion. No refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided for any remaining subscription time, unused credits, or account balance at the time of deletion. Certain data may be retained for limited periods where required by law, for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and security investigations, or to comply with legal obligations, though such retained data will be anonymized where possible. By requesting account deletion, you expressly acknowledge and accept the permanent and irreversible nature of this action and waive any claims related to data loss or inability to access the Service following deletion.
Cintel Solutions AB does not guarantee, warrant, or represent that any information, data, or content made available through the Service is accurate, reliable, complete, current, or free from errors or omissions. All information and data provided through the Service, including data from third-party sources, is provided strictly for informational and research purposes only. The Service aggregates data from various public and third-party sources that may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, duplicates, false positives, or other errors beyond our control. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for independently verifying the accuracy, completeness, reliability, and currency of any information obtained through the Service before relying on it for any purpose, making any decisions, or taking any actions based on such information. Cintel Solutions AB expressly disclaims all liability for any decisions, actions, consequences, losses, or damages resulting from your use of or reliance on information obtained through the Service. You agree not to use information from the Service as the sole basis for critical decisions without independent verification from authoritative sources.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, algorithms, user interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and content created by Cintel Solutions AB, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Cintel Solutions AB or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service or any intellectual property therein. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely in accordance with these Terms for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, rent, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the Service or any portion thereof. The IntelFetch name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to Cintel Solutions AB and may not be used without prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in termination of your access and potential legal action.
These Terms and any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Service, or your relationship with Cintel Solutions AB shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Sweden, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. You waive any objection to venue in such courts and any claim that such courts are an inconvenient forum. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Cintel Solutions AB may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm. This governing law provision does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence, to the extent such rights cannot be waived by agreement.
Cintel Solutions AB reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion and without prior individual notice to users. Modifications may include changes to pricing, features, access requirements, user obligations, or any other aspect of these Terms. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may provide notice through the Service, via email, or through other reasonable means. Your continued access to or use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and may delete your account. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of any updates. We recommend checking this page regularly for changes. Your failure to review updated Terms does not excuse non-compliance with the modified agreement.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of Cintel Solutions AB to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by Cintel Solutions AB. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other legal notices or policies published by Cintel Solutions AB on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cintel Solutions AB concerning your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, representations, warranties, and communications, whether written or oral, between you and Cintel Solutions AB regarding the subject matter hereof. These Terms may not be modified, amended, or waived except as expressly provided herein or through a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Cintel Solutions AB. No other agreement, representation, or understanding shall be binding unless reduced to writing and signed by both parties.
